We are seeking long-term leases of a minimum of 5 years to support ongoing housing contracts we hold with charities and limited companies operating within the healthcare sector which requires stable, long-term housing solutions.
All properties we rent are fully maintained throughout the tenancy and are returned at the end of the lease in the same condition as they were taken on. All properties are professionally managed and maintained to a high standard, with full compliance in place, including fire safety systems, emergency lighting, and appropriate security measures.
